This chest fly box is a Pennsylvania-style model, originally made in Williamsport, PA in the 1980s. The earliest version was produced by Fye, followed by a second version from Richardson, and a third by Jim Downs. Unlike aluminum versions that are prone to dents and crushing, the Downs box is constructed with aircraft-grade composite material, ensuring durability. It features four trays, each with a lid, providing secure storage for flies. The first tray has drying pads, while the second and third have 8 and 15 compartments respectively. Despite being slightly used, this box remains in excellent condition.
